Job Scope:

• Warmly welcome and assist customers, creating a pleasant in-store experience
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, tidiness, and organization at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Uphold strong visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation is always appealing
• Ensure the store is well-stocked through consistent stock replenishment
• Recommend and display products that best match customers’ needs and preferences
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits
• Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing new stock shipments
• Handle online order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch
• Ensure all online orders are packed neatly and in line with brand standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
• Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
• Can commute
