WE'RE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (PAYROLL & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

Hai! We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Denai Alam, Shah Alam.

If you are confident in your HR knowledge, familiar with payroll processing, and able to handle employee-related matters professionally, this opportunity could be for you!

Location: Denai Alam, Shah Alam
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Days: 4 days per week
Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday
Guidance & Support: On-the-job guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, deductions, statutory contributions, and payroll verification.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including show cause letters, warning letters, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee, salary, payroll, and disciplinary records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, company procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare HR letters, payroll reports, disciplinary reports, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on payroll, employee conduct, disciplinary cases, and other HR matters.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of working experience in HR, particularly in payroll and employee relations.
• Good understanding of payroll processing and Malaysian employment regulations.
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and confident in handling employee-related matters.
• Willing to learn, take responsibility, and work closely with management.
