Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager located in TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating project plans, tracking budgets and timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met. They will develop and implement digital, social media, and event strategies, manage external vendors, and provide regular reports to clients. The position requires frequent communication and coordination with internal team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, event management, and account management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the Southeast Asian market and fluency in multiple languages are a plus
