Malaysian citizens only. Full-time, permanent position.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the bakery industry.

Salary package will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.

Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.

Possess own transportation and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.

Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provide relief support for selected outlets when required and be flexible to work at any designated outlet within the assigned area.

Hands-on involvement in day-to-day production operations is required.

Prepare high-quality baked goods to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with the company's cost control and production policies.

Oversee daily production and maintain accurate records to support production planning and efficiency.

Inspect the quality of raw materials and ensure all baking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

Ensure all products meet the company's quality, consistency, and presentation standards while maintaining compliance with approved cost budgets and operational guidelines.

Assist the bakery team in complying with Halal requirements, procedures, and standards.

Develop, test, and improve recipes when introducing new products or enhancing existing products.

Be available on call to handle urgent operational issues or emergencies when required.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
