Position: Telemarketing
Location: 8trium Sri Damansara (near MRT Sri Damansara Barat)
Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH every Friday & alternate Saturday)
Salary Package: RM2,500 – RM4,000 + Commission + Allowances

We are looking for someone who enjoys guiding people, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable career support solutions. You’ll be conducting consultation sessions with individuals who are actively looking to improve their career opportunities through services such as resume enhancement, 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions with senior HR professionals, LinkedIn/profile optimization, and career planning.

Leads will be provided, and training will be given. Most consultations and follow-ups will be conducted through calls and CRM system.

This position is suitable for someone who is target-driven, enjoys speaking with people, and motivated to earn high commissions through strong performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Recommend suitable career support services based on customer needs
• Explain our services professionally and confidently
• Follow up with customers through calls and CRM system
• Handle inquiries professionally and follow up accordingly
• Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets
• Update customer information in CRM system

Requirements:

• Experienced in telemarketing is added advantage
• Passionate about helping people grow professionally
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with customers through calls and online consultation sessions
• Target-driven and motivated by performance incentives/commission
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
