Telemarketing / Telesales experience REQUIRED

Property telemarketing experience is an advantage

Good communication & persuasion skills

Confident in handling cold calls & customer objections

Target-driven and disciplined with follow-up

Mandarin speaker preferred

Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Make outbound calls to potential property buyers

Follow up with leads provided by the company

Understand customer needs & qualify potential buyers

Introduce suitable property projects & promotions

Arrange appointments for our Property Sales Team

Follow up consistently via Call / WhatsApp

Update customer records & follow-up status

Achieve monthly call & appointment KPI
