Role Description

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for driving digital transformation in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector? UST is looking for a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Singapore's BFSI market.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business growth and expand strategic BFSI accounts
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across Banking, Insurance, Payments & Wealth Management
• Lead sales pursuits for Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services
• Develop executive-level client relationships and strategic account plans
• Manage proposals, negotiations, and deal closures end-to-end
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of BFSI technology/services sales experience
• Proven success in closing transformation and managed services deals
• Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, Payments & Fintech ecosystems
• Expertise in Digital, Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
