WE’RE HIRING: PERSONAL DRIVER

Location: Damansara Perdana, Selangor

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for our Managing Director and, when required, the Chairman & family.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Managing Director to business appointments, meetings and official engagements.
• Provide transportation for the Chairman & family on weekends for personal and family activities.
• Ensure punctuality, passenger safety and comfortable journeys at all times.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, safe and excellent condition.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and arrange servicing/repairs when required.
• Ensure road tax, insurance and other vehicle documents are renewed on time.
• Maintain sufficient Touch ‘n Go balance and manage toll-related matters.
• Assist with errands such as banks, shops, grocery shopping, document/parcel collection and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or items when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and family matters.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Managing Director/Chairman.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Personal Driver / Executive Driver is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and navigation apps.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy and safety-conscious.
• Well-groomed, polite and professional.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
• Flexible to work on weekends/public holidays when required.
• Willing to perform ad-hoc errands and tasks when assigned.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
