About the Role

Maxxtech Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead our market expansion. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and pitch our integrated technology solutions—including RFID warehouse management and dynamic digital signage—to enterprise clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Proactively research, cold-call, and prospect new B2B accounts across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and corporate sectors.
• Consultative Pitching: Engage C-level executives, Operations Managers, and IT Heads to understand their operational bottlenecks and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and initial meetings to solution scoping, commercial negotiations, and contract closing.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic channel partners to generate recurring revenue.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends in automation, IoT, and smart infrastructure to identify new market entry points and keep Maxxtech competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our technical deployment team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, accurately priced, and delivered smoothly.

Requirements

• Experience: 2years of proven experience in B2B Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Tech Solution Selling.
• Key Competencies:
• Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI for technical solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Mobility: Must possess own transport and a valid driver's license for client meetings and site visits.
