Kate Spade New York is looking for energetic and sales-driven Part-Time Sales Assistants to join our team and support our upcoming event!

Job Details:

Location: Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA, Sepang

Working Period: 10 November 2026 to 2 December 2026 (Must commit full)

Hourly Rate: RM12/hour (8 to 9 working hours per day)

Training & Transport Allowance are provided!

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and convert customer interactions into sales.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Replenish stock on the selling floor to ensure products are readily available.
• Support the unpacking, packing, and handling of inventory.
• Assist with event setup and dismantling.
• Distribute balloons and flyers to drive customer traffic and promote the event.
• Support general event and store operational needs when required.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to fully commit to the entire working period from 10 November to 2 December 2026.
• Must be flexible with working shifts, schedules, and work arrangements throughout the event period.
• There will be three rotating shifts throughout the event period (Final shift schedules and working hours will be shared during the interview process).
• Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and driving sales results.
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Candidates with luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle retail experience will have an added advantage.
• Willing to support both the event area and store selling floor, depending on operational needs.
