Degree in Finance & Accounting

1- 2 years experience

Understanding e-commerce transaction will be an added advantage

Overview : Assist to manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and assist in the preparation of financial statements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and address any discrepancies.

Financial Transactions:
Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing, and recording accounts payable data, and recording incoming payments.

Record Keeping:
Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of financial transactions and documents.

Data Entry and Processing: Entering and processing financial data into the accounting system accurately and timely.

Transaction Recording: Recording and processing all business transactions, including sales, purchases, receivables, payables etc

Reconciliation: Calculating and reconciling customer/supplier account balances.

Financial Reporting: Preparing/ Assisting in preparing  financial statements, reports, and analyses for management.

Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure financial compliance and address discrepancies.

All other day to day Finance related operation duties.
