About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid Digital Marketer & CRM Manager to own both sides of our marketing funnel: acquiring new customers through paid channels and retaining them through targeted CRM messaging. You will run our ad campaigns, build automated email/SMS flows, and use customer data to boost revenue and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Email Automation: Build automated email/SMS flows (welcome sequences, abandoned carts, re-engagement), segment customer lists, and maintain database accuracy.
• Paid Ads & Acquisition: Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads; track ad spend to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
• Retention & Loyalty: Create customer retention initiatives, loyalty perks, and VIP rewards to lower churn and drive repeat purchases.
• Testing & Optimization: Run continuous A/B tests on email subject lines, ad creative, messaging, and landing pages to boost overall conversion rates.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, open/click rates, churn) using GA4 and CRM tools, delivering simple weekly performance reports to management.
• Tech & Content Ops: Keep our CRM, website CMS, and ad platforms integrated smoothly while working with design/content team members on campaign assets.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years managing digital ad campaigns and email/CRM marketing programs.
• Platforms: Deep experience with CRM software (Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce) and paid ad managers (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Analytics Tools: Proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Skillset: Strong mix of data-driven analytical skills, basic copywriting, and multi-channel campaign planning.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
