Job Summary

Belle Atelier Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and hardworking Baker Assistant to support daily bakery operations. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and producing bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cakes and other bakery products.
• Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Assist with mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, baking, and decorating.
• Prepare baking equipment, utensils, trays, and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored and handled to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assist with packing, labelling, arranging, and displaying finished products.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and report shortages or wastage.
• Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Perform other bakery-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• No prior baking experience required; training will be provided where necessary.
• Willing to learn and follow recipes, instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Good personal hygiene and awareness of food safety.
• Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
