Detail-oriented, organized & strong in follow-up

Familiar with basic logistics workflow is an advantage

Good coordination & problem-solving skills

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Know Mandarin as well

Proficient in MS Office & data entry

Arrange booking, transportation & customs documentation

Coordinate with drivers, warehouses & partners

Track shipment progress & resolve operational issues

Prepare & check shipping documents accurately

Update system records & communicate status to CS team
