PLAYA Racquet Club is looking for a hands-on and dependable Bar Supervisor to lead our bar while helping keep the whole outlet running smoothly. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take the lead on bar operations, including service flow, drink quality, presentation, and consistency
• Supervise overall outlet operations on rotation with another supervisor, covering court bookings, guest service, and facility upkeep
• Supervise, schedule, and motivate on-ground staff across shifts, including night operations
• Manage bar stock, inventory, ordering, and wastage control, and flag supply or equipment needs promptly
• Train and coach bar team members on SOPs, drink recipes, service standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and resolve guest issues on the spot
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across the bar and outlet
• Handle cash/POS reconciliation, shift reports, and incident documentation
• Liaise with management on staffing, performance, and operational improvements
• Be available to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis

WHO YOU ARE

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role, ideally in F&B, bar, hospitality, or sports/fitness facilities
• Bar experience is highly preferred (extensive experience not required), with a good understanding of drinks service and bar operations
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a calm, solutions-first attitude under pressure
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask during peak hours
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, stock checks, and shift reporting
• Passionate about sports, wellness, and delivering great customer experiences

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
