Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our daily karting operations and customer service activities. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in operations management, customer engagement and the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support karting track operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist with customer bookings, registrations and other administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sports Management or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotational shifts when required.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.

LOCATION : BUKIT INDAH, JOHOR BAHRU / KUALA LUMPUR

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
