As a Shift Lead at DayOne, you will lead the technicians responsible for keeping data centre operations running during your shift. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee critical services and building systems, guide your team through technical issues, and ensure work follows safety protocols and operating procedures.
Clear handovers are a key part of the role. You will ensure the incoming shift understands the status of operations, the incidents handled and any issues that still need attention.
