Are you passionate about driving digital marketing impact, experimenting with fresh ad formats, and turning data into high-performing campaigns? As our Executive, Growth Marketing, you manage and execute digital marketing activities across social media, search, and display platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving integrated digital strategies and achieving growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Align campaign results with client business goals, lead a test-and-learn strategy to boost brand traffic and targeting, and partner with data science and marketing teams to leverage data-driven insights.
• Platform Management: Develop, monitor, and manage digital campaigns while overseeing daily budgets, spend pacing, and billing reconciliation to achieve target ROI.
• Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore new digital opportunities, ad formats, and trending platforms to keep campaigns competitive, scalable, and innovative.
• Reporting & Optimization: Document performance reports, track KPIs and lead generation metrics, and share actionable best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 1 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Technical Knowledge: A plus to have hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Netcore Cloud, or programmatic advertising platforms is an added advantage.
