Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and outlet operating standards.

Conduct staff training, coach team members, and support employee development.

Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
