Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online customer acquisition.

Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia, with working proficiency in English.

Strong understanding of Bahasa Malaysia-speaking consumer preferences, cultural context, and social media trends.

Proven ability to create engaging Bahasa Malaysia content and attract Bahasa Malaysia-speaking customers.

Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager.

Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads. Practical campaign experience is an advantage.

Ability to create and edit short videos and promotional visuals using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.

Experience tracking advertising costs, customer enquiries, and booking conversions.

Proactive, creative, organised, and equipped with strong communication skills.

Experience collaborating with content creators or community networks is an advantage.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase MerSlim's brand awareness, customer enquiries, and bookings.

Manage and grow the company's TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts through engaging and relevant content.

Create compelling Bahasa Malaysia copywriting, short videos, and promotional materials to communicate company services effectively.

Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and lead generation.

Improve website visibility and organic traffic through SEO strategies and SEM campaigns.

Identify and coordinate collaborations with content creators and relevant online communities.

Monitor campaign performance, advertising expenditure, cost per enquiry, and booking conversion rates.

Analyse marketing data and recommend improvements to maximise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Work closely with the founder and service team to align marketing activities with customer needs and business objectives.
