Join our e-commerce team and gain hands-on experience managing Philips Domestic Appliances’ online business across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will work on real business priorities, from monitoring sales performance and optimizing product listings to supporting major campaign launches and exploring AI tools to improve work efficiency.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Manage daily e-commerce operations: Monitor stock availability and sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms, identifying potential sales opportunities and taking action to improve sell-through.
• Track performance and drive insights: Prepare daily and weekly reports, analyse key metrics, identify performance gaps, and follow up on issues to keep business performance on track.
• Optimise product listings: Use digital shelf analytics tools to maintain accurate, complete and engaging product listings, improving product discoverability and the online shopping experience.
• Support mega sale campaigns: Coordinate product listings, stock availability and pricing checks to ensure campaign readiness and maximise sales opportunities.
• Leverage AI and digital tools: Use tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, streamline workflows and enhance product content.

The Skills and Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field
• Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Curious and eager to explore AI-powered automation and dashboard creation using tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude, as well as e-commerce data analysis using tools such as EDGE.
• Interested in building a career in e-commerce, digital marketing or sales
• Familiarity with Singapore e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is a plus
