Quick and analytical mind.

No previous Audio Visual experience required; full training will be provided.

Handle incoming customer enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.

Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.

Follow up on customer enquiries until order confirmation.

Coordinate customer orders and deliveries.

Assist with tenders and project documentation.

Respond to enquiries generated by the company through Google, social media, direct marketing, existing customers, referrals and business partners.

Provide business support throughout the customer enquiry and order process.

No cold calling required.
