Responsibilities:

 Coordinate delivery schedules with RRS, GC, freight forwarders, and site project

teams.

 Ensure deliveries are aligned with the project construction and installation

sequence.

 Monitor upcoming deliveries and identify potential schedule conflicts or

constraints. Start involving since units is release from China factory.

 Confirm site readiness and unloading arrangements before delivery.

 Keep track of the delivery units and get client acceptance (sign off)

 Ensure delivery documents are ready before delivery.

 Work together with installation supervisors to verify what is delivered VS what

is packed, and ensure quantity is correct. Any missing parts, raise the MIR

report to Record shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

 Coordinate replacement or corrective actions with suppliers.

Requirements:

 Basic understanding of construction or mechanical/electrical work.

 Ability to use tools and follow directions accurately.

 Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in challenging environments.

 Good coordination skills and manage delivery matter.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM5,653.33 per month
