About the Role

Total Cleanz Pte Ltd is looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing and brand development initiatives. This internship is ideal for individuals with a background in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields who wish to explore their creativity and gain practical experience in digital marketing.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, marketing campaigns, and brand development while applying their knowledge in a real working environment to strengthen our online presence, engage customers, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Digital Marketing

• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to promote our cleaning and sanitisation services.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and business growth.

2. Content Creation & Video Production

• Conceptualise, film, and edit short-form videos, Reels, and other engaging visual content.
• Create social media graphics, promotional visuals, and marketing materials that showcase our services and brand values.
• Develop creative content ideas, including service highlights, behind-the-scenes features, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media performance.

3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify marketing opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing initiatives that align with the company's business goals and target audience.
• Apply business management and marketing concepts to support brand positioning and business development.

4. Website & Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in updating the company website with relevant service information and promotional content.
• Support online content management, including service descriptions and promotional updates, where required.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and campaign results.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging content formats.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
