Job Description

• Develop and execute material supply plans based on demand forecasts and production requirements.
• Manage purchase requisitions and orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and expedite shipments to prevent material shortages.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock availability, and manage slow-moving, surplus, and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory days, on time delivery and, stock availability.
• Coordinate import shipments and ensure accurate shipping documentation and timely customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate planning master data and implement inventory optimization and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material supply.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant supply planning, material planning, or inventory management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of S&OP is an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
