Job description:

You will play an important role in:

• Handling all inbound calls and emails pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
• To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a PASS in SPM is required.
• Required language(s): English, BM
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – TRAINING Provided.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
