General Manager, Projects (Property Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the Central Region.
• Drive project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee development strategy, project governance and risk management frameworks.
• Champion cost optimization, regulatory compliance and sustainable development initiatives.
• Resolve complex project, commercial and stakeholder issues effectively.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Management professionals.
• Ensure successful delivery of residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

15+ years of project management experience within the construction or property development industry.

Minimum 5 years working experience with a reputable property developer.

Proven success delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential or commercial developments.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
