Clinic Supervisor / 诊所主管（需会华语）

Dr Wen Clinic | Bukit Indah | Full-time, on-site

Basic salary: RM3,800–4,800 per month, depending on experience.

Relevant clinic experience, preferably with staff coordination or supervisory responsibilities. Senior clinic assistants ready to progress are welcome.

Mandarin communication skills to assist Mandarin-speaking patients, with working Malay and English.

An organised, dependable and patient-focused approach. Willingness to support the front desk and work evening/weekend coverage as scheduled.

Clinic opening hours: 8.30am–9pm daily. Individual working hours and rest days will be discussed during the interview.

Support the daily running of one clinic and supervise a five-person team, working closely with the doctor.

• Coordinate staff rosters, attendance and shift coverage.

• Support reception, appointments and smooth patient flow.

• Monitor stock, ordering and expiry dates.

• Check daily collections and prepare operational reports.

• Train clinic assistants and handle initial patient feedback.

• Keep workflows organised and escalate clinical matters to the doctor.
