Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding accounts and payments.
• Communicate professionally with customers to discuss repayment arrangements.
• Follow up on assigned accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Work towards individual and team collection targets.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and effectively.
• Work closely with team members to achieve department objectives.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident when communicating with customers by phone and other communication channels.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and professional.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates should be committed to maintaining good workplace discipline and performance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in debt collection, debt recovery, telesales, customer service or financial services is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM2,000 and above, depending on experience.
• Commission up to 4%.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Occasionally, working hours may extend until 7:00 PM depending on operational requirements.
