We are looking for a Executive, Continuous Improvement to join our team.

Location: Port Klang, Selangor

Department: Strategic Planning & Project

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives within the Non-Operational function in alignment with approved improvement plans.

• Assist in mapping and analysing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and turnaround time gaps.
• Coordinate and facilitate operational Kaizen activities, toolbox sessions, and problem-solving workshops.
• Maintain proper documentation, monitor and track progress of operational improvement initiatives, including cost savings and productivity gains.
• Prepare and maintain improvement trackers, dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
• Assist in developing, updating, and standardising operational SOPs, work instructions, templates, and control checklists.
• Support change implementation efforts by coordinating communication, training logistics, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Liaise with non-operational teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives.
• Maintain proper documentation of improvement projects, action plans, and benefit realization records. Managing the overall KAIZEN Centre activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.

• Professional certification in Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Change Management or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an added advantage.

• 1-3 years experience in process improvement, operations, quality, project coordination or similar role.

• Expose to ISO, Kaizen, Lean Management, PDCA or process mapping is an added advantage.
