Create artwork and upload products to all e-commerce platforms.

Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing and updates.

Coordinate product photography

Develop, design, and edit marketing materials (ads, leaflets, posters, event materials)

Provide visual design support for both online and offline

Manage company's Social Media accounts.

Create visual content for social media advertisement, seasonal campaigns, and festive greetings

Monitor and respond to website, Facebook, IG messages. and enquiries.

Ensure website and social media information are updated and accurate

Handle product packaging, labels, and branding design materials

Ensure all design layouts are consistent with brand guidelines identity

Prepare and refine product visual assets for marketing use. Support product photography direction.

Create and edit basic promotional and event videos. Edit videos for promotional/internal use.

Coordinate with departments on design requests

Liaise with suppliers and printers on artwork and production matters when needed.

Support laser machine operations and resolve issue with China Suppliers.
