Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, take orders accurately, answer product questions, and provide friendly service.
• Sales: Recommend suitable bakery products, beverages, and combos to support sales targets.
• Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare drinks, light food, and bakery items according to recipes, portion, and presentation standards.
• Online Orders: Accept, prepare, pack, and hand over online orders accurately and on time (e.g., GrabFood).
• Product Display & Stock: Replenish products, maintain attractive displays, follow FIFO, and report low or expired stock.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Keep the counter, dining area, workstation, equipment, and displays clean and tidy at all times.
• Guest Handling: Attend to customer requests and complaints professionally and report serious issues to the supervisor.
• Safety & Halal Compliance: Follow food safety, hygiene, halal handling, and workplace safety procedures.
• Dine-In Support: Clear and reset tables, maintain self-service areas, and ensure a clean and comfortable dining environment.
• Teamwork & Operations: Work closely with the team and assist with cashiering, opening/closing duties, stock receiving, and other outlet operations as required.
• Reporting: Complete required outlet photos and reports, and highlight any stock, cleanliness, or presentation issues.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
