About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive E-commerce Customer Service & Assistant to join our team.

About you

• Able to communicate in Malay and English

• Computer literate and able to type efficiently

• Outgoing personality with good communication skills

• Experience in e-commerce customer service or administrative work is preferred

• Sales experience is highly encouraged

• Mandarin-speaking will be a plus
