We are looking for an experienced SCCM / Intune Engineer to manage and support endpoint management solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Handle software deployment, OS deployment and patch management using SCCM.
• Configure device, application and compliance policies through Intune.
• Manage Windows 10/11 device lifecycle and endpoint provisioning.
• Manage Autopilot and MDM deployments.
• Monitor endpoint health and patch compliance and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Support endpoint security and compliance requirements.
• Perform software inventory, asset tracking and reporting.
• Use basic PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Azure AD/Entra ID, Autopilot and MDM.
• Experience in software deployment, OS deployment and patch management.
• Strong endpoint and application troubleshooting skills.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of endpoint security and compliance.

Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
