Responsibilities

• Lead Time to Payroll activities, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
• Manage all payroll components including deductions, tax withholdings (e.g., PCB/EPF/SOCSO), and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the payroll system and resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies for employees.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports, reconciliations, GL journal files, and tax filings accurately and on time.
• Oversee monthly, year-end, and supplemental payroll runs, monitor and resolve payroll errors.
• Drive continuous improvement, implement quality controls, identify process improvements, and set standards for new processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.
• Able to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
