About M Hill Hotel

M Hill Hotel is the newest and most ambitious project by M Boutique Hotel Collective - a homegrown hospitality brand recognised for its design-led spaces, strong brand identity, and creative approach to hospitality.

Scheduled to open in the 1st Quarter of 2027, M Hill Hotel represents our first serious and modern hotel concept - a defining step forward for the brand and for the hospitality landscape of Ipoh.

With 270 Deluxe Rooms, comprehensive banqueting facilities for up to 500 guests, two meeting rooms, a 180-seat all-day dining coffeehouse, and a rooftop specialty restaurant, M Hill is conceived as a new destination for business, events, dining, and contemporary urban stays.

Built with intention, personality, and contemporary sophistication, M Hill will set a new benchmark for urban hospitality in the region.

M Hill Hotel is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping Department as we prepare for our exciting hotel opening in April 2027!

What You’ll Do

• Lead housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across our 270 guestrooms and public areas.
• Develop departmental SOPs, cleaning standards, inspection checklists, and operational workflows from scratch.
• Drive pre-opening readiness, including recruitment, training, room inspections, and procurement of housekeeping supplies.
• Manage manpower planning, linen, inventory, budgets, and cost control.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while upholding premium lifestyle hotel grooming, presentation, and service excellence standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hotel housekeeping experience, including management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in four- or five-star hotels and pre-opening projects will be a strong advantage.
• A hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence.
• Willing to be based in Ipoh, Perak.
