We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Executive, Wholesale Management to support daily wholesale financing operations. This role involves processing vehicle-related transactions, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with Toyota dealers, and ensuring timely payment and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vehicle purchase transactions and collections, including settlements, demonstration vehicle instalments, curtailments, and interest payments.
• Coordinate with Toyota dealers on operational matters, including payment verification, documentation, and e-Hakmilik release.
• Notify dealers regarding Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) and prepare Dealer Netting Confirmations.
• Perform accurate data entry into LOS/ILMS systems for new account creation.
• Process invoices, monitor payments, and follow up on outstanding documentation or operational matters.
• Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements to dealers.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Manage multiple administrative and operational tasks, particularly during month-end and beginning-of-month peak periods.
