Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent 

At least 1–2 years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English 

Good leadership and team management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

Basic knowledge of cash handling, reporting, and store operations

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

Attention to detail, especially in merchandising and store cleanliness

Assist the Store in Charge in overseeing overall outlet operations

Handle daily store tasks, including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions

Supervise staff, including attendance tracking, briefings, and follow-ups

Deliver excellent customer service and build strong rapport with customers

Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth

Ensure cash handling is accurate and in accordance with set procedures, and maintain proper operational records

Actively promote products and ongoing promotions to customers

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Assist in all aspects of outlet operations, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness
