• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in advertising/media/marketing related field, with at least 2-3 years in a full-time, in-house or agency role (not freelance or project-based work) - you should have experience working within a company's processes, timelines, and team structure, not just delivering standalone design projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design and content production (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, CapCut AI features, or similar) to support ideation and speed up workflow
• Strong experience with both print production and digital asset creation
• Confident presenting and articulating creative ideas to internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Passion for consumer brands, beauty, or F&B industries
• Proficiency in Mandarin language (added advantage)
• Possess own transport (added advantage)

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and present creative concepts and campaign directions for a diverse portfolio of brands
• Take ownership of design output across digital platforms, including social content, e-commerce visuals, digital banners, online mailers, and video reels
• Design offline collaterals including retail POSM, event and expo booth designs, packaging, and print materials
• Incorporate AI tools to support ideation, content variations, and production efficiency
• Manage projects end-to-end from creative brief through to final production and vendor coordination, with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Contribute to and help shape the monthly content calendar and seasonal campaign planning
