Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.

Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant qualification is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, reliable, and willing to work on-site.

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.

Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.

Conduct regular inspections of building facilities and equipment.

Attend to maintenance complaints and breakdowns promptly.

Carry out preventive maintenance works.

Monitor contractors and maintenance works when required.

Ensure facilities and common areas are safe and well maintained.

Report maintenance issues to the Building Manager.

Respond to emergency maintenance matters when required.
