Minimum 2 years of experience in the kitchen, experienced with batch cooking, and able to work independently.

Must have good knowledge of different baking techniques, food safety, and kitchen hygiene practices.

Passionate about baking and willing to learn.

Able to work shifts including on weekends and public holidays.

A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Fluency in English and/or Malay is required.

Prepare ingredients and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked items.

Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation are maintained in accordance with the restaurant's standards.

Decorate and present baked products neatly.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.

Develop and standardise recipes.

Store ingredients correctly and monitor stock levels, assist with receiving and checking kitchen supplies.

Support opening, closing, and general kitchen duties as needed.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations.
