Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients and corporate accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Promote F&B catering services, corporate events, functions and other company offerings.

Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations for clients.

Follow up on leads, enquiries and potential sales opportunities.

Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while maintaining company profitability.

Monitor sales performance, targets and monthly revenue.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.

Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Attend client meetings, site visits and networking events when required.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and department targets.
