Requirements
- 拥有环境、健康与安全或相关领域的学士学位。
- 具备至少3年的环境、健康与安全相关工作经验。
- 熟悉马来西亚的环境、健康与安全法律法规。
- 具备良好的风险评估、事故调查和报告撰写能力。
- 优秀的沟通、协调和培训能力。
- 能够独立工作，并具备解决问题的能力。
- 熟悉EHS管理体系（如ISO 14001, ISO 45001）者优先。
Responsibilities
- 负责制定、实施和监督公司环境、健康和安全（EHS）政策和程序。
- 进行工作场所风险评估，识别潜在危险并提出纠正措施。
- 组织和开展EHS培训，提高员工的安全意识和操作技能。
- 确保公司遵守所有相关的EHS法律法规和标准。
- 调查事故和未遂事故，分析原因并制定预防措施。
- 管理EHS相关文件和记录，定期进行审核和报告。
- 与相关部门协作，推动EHS管理体系的持续改进。
