What you will bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

• Experience in an Account Manager / Senior Account role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

• Good Excel / accounting system skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA is an advantage.

The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do

• Oversee full set of accounts and daily finance operations.

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and financial performance.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management.
  
   2. Cash Flow & Working Capital

• Monitor daily cash flow, collections, payments and working capital.

• Manage AR and AP.

• Monitor overdue accounts and collection performance.

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.

• Identify potential cash flow risks and recommend preventive actions.
  
   3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control

• Lead annual budgeting and financial planning.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts based on actual performance, business pipeline and expected costs.

• Forecast Revenue, Gross Profit, Operating Expenses, Cash Flow and Working Capital.

• Monitor Actual vs Budget vs Forecast and explain significant variances.

• Identify financial risks, potential shortfalls and opportunities early.

• Recommend corrective actions to improve profitability and financial performance.

• Review costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
  
  4. Business & Financial Analysis

• Analyse business performance and identify key financial drivers.

• Provide Management with clear financial insights, trends and recommendations.

• Evaluate the financial impact of new projects, expansion plans, pricing and investments.

• Support Management in business planning and decision-making.

• Translate financial data into simple, actionable business information.
  
   5. Compliance & Financial Control

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties.

• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

• Ensure proper approval, documentation and segregation of duties.
  
  6. Finance Process & Digitalisation

• Review and improve finance SOPs and workflows.

• Drive automation and digitalisation of finance processes.

• Reduce manual work and improve reporting efficiency.

• Ensure finance data is accurate, timely and accessible.
