Senior Solution Developer

Role Summary

The Senior Solution Developer designs, develops, and supports enterprise applications by translating business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions. The role covers full-stack application development, API integrations, database design and maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, deployments, and continuous improvement to ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript on the frontend and Java with Spring Boot on the backend. The role also involves working with PostgreSQL, cloud services, authentication, external advertising platform APIs, containerization, and CI/CD tools. The candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting production issues, contributing to releases, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases and schema migrations using Flyway.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Okta, OIDC, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Integrate external platforms, including The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and Google DV360 using GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Manage AWS cloud storage, secrets, container images, and application log monitoring.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and AWS ECR.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application releases using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Troubleshoot application issues, monitor system logs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the EMEA region.

Requirements:

• Experience developing Java-based enterprise applications.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript development and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and database migrations using Flyway.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party platform integrations.
• Experience with AWS services, including S3, Secrets Manager, ECR, and CloudWatch Logs.
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Experience with automated testing, application monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of application security, Okta, OIDC, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work EMEA shift hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PrimeNG, Chart.js, SCSS, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Docker Compose, LocalStack, and automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, JUnit 5, and Mockito is preferred.
