• Ensure that each member of his team is aware of their roles and responsibilities to meet the agreed targets.
• Participate in the Worklist Challenge Meeting to ensure that only essential works are carried out in the turnaround
• Ensure that worklists are approved by the Approving Authority.
• Ensure that all Job Method Sheets, Job Safety Analysis, Material Control Sheets are prepared and briefed to the Turnaround Team as set time frame.
• Participates in developing the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessment and the mitigation measures
• Contribute for the preparation of HSE Plan, Quality Plan.
• Ensure corrective and preventive action, if required, is carried out to close out the non-compliance detected from audits before the turnaround.
• Ensure that the Monthly Preparation Report is prepared and distributed on monthly basis.
• Monitor the implementation and compliance of all Turnaround plans.
• Ensure that the Cost Project No. is utilized for any material transaction or contract requisitions
• Monitor and ensure that all Turnaround KPIs are met

Job Type: Contract
