岗位职责

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level and second-level support for NetSuite ERP and related business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial, procurement, inventory, sales, and reporting processes within NetSuite.
  • Analyze user issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions within agreed SLAs.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
  • Assist users with transaction processing, system navigation, and best practices.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
  • Work closely with technical consultants and developers to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Prepare support documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  • Support system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ERP support, business application support, or NetSuite support is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze business requirements.
Preferred NetSuite Skills
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules such as:
  • Financial Management (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
  • Procurement & Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • CRM
  • Project Management
  • Experience with NetSuite Saved Searches, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of SuiteFlow (Workflow) and NetSuite customization.
  • Familiarity with CSV Import and data migration activities.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteBuilder is an added advantage.
  • Possession of NetSuite certifications is a plus.
