We are looking for a Project Admin Executive to support daily office operations within a dynamic IT development environment.
Contract: Until 31 March 2027 (highly extendable)
Interview: On-site
Working Hours
Mon–Fri (based on work schedule):
8:00am–5:30pm / 8:30am–6:00pm / 9:00am–6:30pm / 10:00am–7:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office access and security clearance requests
Support office administration (opening/closing, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, resource booking, supplies)
Handle visitor management and ensure compliance with office security protocols
Coordinate events and incident response (e.g. fire drills, safety checks, facility issues)
Liaise with facilities management on maintenance matters and supervise cleaning services
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
2–3 years of administrative or customer-facing experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable with shift work and flexible working hours
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and punctuality
Team player with good communication skills
