Are you detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about product quality? Join our team as a QC Inspector and help us maintain high-quality standards in our manufacturing operations.

JJob Responsibilities

• Perform product checking and inspection during incoming, in-process, and final production stages.
• Check finished products for defects, appearance, dimensions, quantity, and workmanship.
• Ensure products comply with customer requirements, engineering drawings, and company quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools where required.
• Identify, label, and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Production to rectify quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
• Verify product condition and quality before packing and delivery.
• Maintain proper inspection records and ensure compliance with company quality procedures.
• Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and safe.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or , Quality Control, or a related field.
• Experience in QC inspection or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
