About the role

We are seeking a talented Kitchen Sale Designer to join Ella Furniture Sdn Bhd in Bangi & Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in transforming customers' kitchen spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Location : Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam & BSP, Bangi

Salary + Comission up to RM2000

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their kitchen requirements, budget constraints, and design preferences
• Present design proposals to customers with clear explanations of materials, finishes, and functionality
• Negotiate and close sales whilst maintaining strong customer relationships and satisfaction
• Collaborate with the installation and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and delivered to specification
• Stay updated with current kitchen design trends, materials, and industry innovations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business

What we're looking for

• Experience as a kitchen designer or in a similar design sales role within the furniture or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, including layout, materials, and functionality
• Proficiency with kitchen design software and CAD programmes
• Ability to listen actively to customer needs and translate them into design solutions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, specifications, and quotations
